Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi is a set of 18 movements that can be practiced every day to cultivate energy, flexibility and peace. Shibashi was created by Master Lin Housheng as an excercise for anyone. The set takes about 20-25 minutes to complete and anyone can do it, regardless of  physical condition. A simple excercise routine to add to anyone's hectic schedule.
