Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi is a set of movements that can be practiced every day to cultivate energy, flexibility and peace. Shibashi was created by Master Lin Housheng as an exercise for anyone. The first set takes about 20-25 minutes to complete and anyone can do it, regardless of  physical condition. A simple exercise routine to add to anyone's hectic schedule.
